Service Description

Safe Watch Senior Care Monitoring provides an added layer of safety and support for seniors who want to remain at home while giving families greater peace of mind. This service uses in-home camera monitoring with live BPO monitoring support to help observe for safety concerns, unusual activity, potential distress, or situations that may require attention. Each Safe Watch plan includes one RN wellness visit per month. Families may also request additional nurse-led wellness visits weekly, biweekly, or as needed when the senior appears unwell, has a change in condition, or requires extra support, follow-up, or care coordination. RN wellness visits may include general wellness observation, basic vital sign checks when appropriate, mobility and safety observation, hydration and nutrition concerns, caregiver updates, and recommendations for follow-up with a healthcare provider when needed. Safe Watch is designed to help seniors remain safer, supported, and connected at home while helping families stay informed when their loved one may need assistance or attention. Please Note: Safe Watch Senior Care Monitoring is a supportive safety and wellness monitoring service. It does not replace emergency services, physician care, home health services, private duty nursing, or 24/7 medical supervision. If urgent symptoms or emergencies occur, call 911 immediately. Camera monitoring requires appropriate consent from the senior/client or legally authorized representative.
